About Me

I work for London City Mission, I'm a Chaplain to The British Transport Police..the elite, also I'm a chaplain to railway empolyees. I am married to my wonderfull Christine, we have three children, Nigel who is married to Linda, Terry a fantastic guy, and Kimberley the most beautifull daughter a man could have. I'm a christian, became one in 1973. Having worked for ten years in steel industry, I went to theological college in 1975 at age 25, graduating in 1978. In 1978 I entered the London City Mission copleting their two years in service study course. I was appointed to Bermondsey Mission Hall where I served almost four years. My next post was as superintendant of the Battersea Christian Centre (LCM), where I served for over eleven years. Next career placement was as a Rail Staff Chaplain, and in last good few years as Chaplain to British Transport Police. I'm 100% Scottish, an exile here in London! ;) This is my private Blogg, opinions and comments put here do not reflect the official views of any oraganistaion or company. Hi, I was browsing the Web and came accross your site. I am pretty new to blogging and everything but it seems pretty fun. I have a site about wipeout depression that I just started last week. Well, I just wanted to comment and say you have a neat blog. keep it up and have fun blogging!

My pleasure, noted your site. Depression is the curse of the 21st century, crippling, and tragicaly taking the lifes of many. Anything any off us can do to help folks in depression is more than worthwhile!
